Domain Monitor - Telegram GROUPS update

Upload these files over the existing install (keep your config.php - it is NOT in this zip).
The database migrates itself on the first page load (new table tg_groups + domains.group_id).

New:      lib/tg_groups.php, admin/groups.php
Changed:  schema.sql, lib/telegram.php, lib/bot_commands.php, lib/report.php,
          api/bot_webhook.php, cron/bot.php, cron/set_webhook.php, cron/run.php,
          cron/send_report.php, admin/index.php, README.md (section 6)

After upload: open /admin/groups.php. Groups that share the main bot need nothing else.
A group with its OWN bot token needs once, on the server:
  php cron/set_webhook.php --group <id> https://wbdb.info/api/bot_webhook.php
Optional: cron/run.php now accepts id=<domain id> to check one domain only.
